Booking conditions

The rate is non-refundable.

If booking through a manager:

  • The advance payment is 20%, during the holiday period – 50% (in case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment paid is not refundable).

In case of booking through the booking module on the website https://marmaros.com.ua/

  • The advance payment is the cost of one night's stay in a room of the selected category (in case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment paid is not refundable).

Discounts and promotions do not add up.

Minimum booking for weekends is 2 days, for the Holiday season – 3 days.

When making a payment from an individual entrepreneur/legal entity, please contact the reservation department to issue a new invoice by phone +380739498080 or by email at hotelmarmaros@gmail.com

To confirm your reservation, you must make a prepayment (advance payment). Without such prepayment (advance payment), the reservation will not be made, which accordingly does not guarantee you arrival and accommodation at the Hotel within the period you wish.

A tourist tax is additionally payable. The tourist tax rate is set by local governments and the amount of the tax may vary.

The price includes:

  • Breakfast 08:00 -11:00 (buffet line).
  • SPA center (swimming pool, Finnish and Turkish saunas, salt room).
  • Children's room (in the restaurant).
  • Parking (subject to availability).
  • Free Internet access.

Charging for electric vehicles (for an additional fee).

A child under 5 years old stays free of charge without any claims for a bed or services (maximum 1 child per room).

In the Standard triple room it is possible to accommodate an additional child aged 6-11 years, the cost of an additional bed is 1,600 UAH/day. Booking is made through the manager.

Accommodation with pets - the stay of any animals in the hotel premises is allowed only with the prior written consent of the hotel in the rooms of the apartment category. Additional payment 600 UAH per day (a bed, a bowl, a disposable diaper are provided). The permissible weight of your pet is up to 5 kg. This offer is valid for direct booking at the hotel and does not apply to bookings made on intermediary sites.
